Indian economy is going through a tough phase and GDP is all-time low due to COVID-19 pandemic. As the crisis has taken a toll on the Indian economy, Chandigarh Group of Colleges (CGC), Jhanjeri tried to bring forth some growth forecasts for the economy through an International Conference on the topic – The Ecology of New Economy Post COVID-19.” – says Dr. Jaskiran Kaur, Director – Management, CGC Jhanjeri.

The two day virtual conference, organized on 23 rd & 24 th April 2021, aimed to highlight the various emerging issues of ecological disbalance on the economies and the plausible solutions showing the sustainable transformation of the global environment post Covid-19.It conference brought together industry leaders, entrepreneurs, researchers and academicians from around the globe on a common platform to discuss credible solutions that can lead to an improved economic situation.

The day one of the conference witnessed a warm welcome of dignitaries, a customary lamp lighting ceremony, followed by a deep discussion on the topic wherein several high-level dignitaries from top national & international universities, namely Dr. Vikas Chawla, Dean Colleges, IKG Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar, Dr. Sandeep Poddar, Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research & Innovation), Lincoln University College, Malaysia, Prof Aldo José Brunhara, Institutional Relations Director, International Business School, Brazil, Prof. (Dr.) G.S.
