As the second wave of COVID-19 in India is almost four times bigger than the first one, vaccination is the most effective tool to protect yourself, your loved ones, and your community from the virus.

Considering the same, and prioritizing the health and safety of the employees, Chandigarh Group of Colleges (CGC), Jhanjeri started a COVID-19 Vaccination Drive for its employees. The vaccination drive against the deadliest virus started on April 15th keeping in mind all precautionary measures, government guidelines, and protocols.

Putting work and performance metrics on the backseat, and employee’s well-being on top of the priority, the Human Resource Department of the college commenced the drive with online registration. All the faculty and staff, including peons, bus drivers, etc (who registered through offline mode), pro-actively volunteered and got themselves vaccinated on the very first day of the vaccination drive.

Apart from this, CGC Jhanjeri has been taking all possible steps, in the form of regular sanitization of campus, daily thermal scanning, wearing masks, etc, to ensure safety and reduce the chances of spreading COVID-19 on its campus.

CGC Jhanjeri urges you all to contribute your bit by getting vaccinated and following all safety measures, because only then we can flatten the curve of COVID-19 cases and come of out this pandemic soon.
