Rajat Nehra of CGC Jhanjeri Selected for Canada University

Rajat Nehra, a BBA 3rd semester, student of Department of Management, Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Jhanjeri has been selected under the International Student Exchange Programme of IKG Punjab Technical University Jalandhar. He is the first student from the University to go for such a programme. He has been nominated for a 3-credit course at Concordia University of Edmonton (CUE), Canada for pursuing his 4th semester, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) there.

Speaking on the occasion, S.Rashpal Singh Dhaliwal, President CGC Said that IKGPTU has introduced this novel programme under the progressive guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Ajay Kumar Sharma, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor. Dr G.D. Bansal, Director General CGC Jhanjeri said that with this provision, the students will get world class education at a much lower cost. In addition to this academic benefit, these students will get international exposure which will be highly beneficial in their overall personality development. Dr. Bansal added that CGC Jhanjeri plans to send more students under this programme, in the near future.
