26th January 2022 - To commemorate the coming of the Constitution into force, the 73rd Republic Day of India was celebrated at CGC Jhanjeri with patriotic zeal and enthusiasm while considering all the COVID-19 guidelines to ensure the safety of our valuable students and staff.

The celebration began with the Directors unfurling the national flag followed by the National Anthem. The ambience was filled with high patriotic spirits where everyone stood up for the National Anthem and sang it along. After this, the NCC parades boosted the spirit of patriotism and fervour and made all take the pride in being a part of such a strong nation.

Next were a few moments of silence to pay respects to the country’s brave hearts who sacrificed their lives for our freedom.

Making the celebration vibrant, the students from diverse cultural backgrounds came up with patriotic poems and speeches that portrayed the emotions of youth in remembering the freedom fighters of India.

Nonetheless, in the meantime, seeing the magnificent displays of talents throughout the year our faculty acknowledged them with prizes and appreciation. Finally, the celebration ended leaving behind the colors of national diversity and integrity.

A salute isn’t enough for our soldiers and bowing in gratitude is just a bit; we remain indebted to them. Jai Hind!
