The students who apply through online mode shall send a photo or scanned copy of their documents to the concerned counsellor through Email or WhatsApp. The students who apply through offline mode shall submit a photo or scanned copy of their documents to the Registrar Office on the campus.

You can get a duplicate/new card by depositing a nominal charge at the Department of Student Welfare (DSW).
