Overview

Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Jhanjeri has a dedicated admission cell to facilitate the admission process. This cell aims to guide prospective students in selecting from the different courses available here. The selection of a student for a particular course depends on his / her profile. They must have a qualifying score in the minimum qualification required to be admitted to a course. Several factors are considered to selecting a student, including overall profile, academic background, entrance scores & other versatility, and achievements.

You need to check the information by purchasing the prospectus either online or offline. After initial registration, a student is required to pay the complete fee within the given timeframe. The seat of the student will be confirmed only after the complete fee has been deposited and the qualifying exam is cleared by the student.

Under the Bihar Credit Card Scheme (BCCS), the Bihar state government provides students with education loans up to Rs 4 lakh.

Eligibility

  • The student should be from Bihar and should have studied 10th / 12th in Bihar.
  • The annual income of the student's family should be less than INR 50000.
  • The student's age should be less than 25 at the time of application.

Under the West Bengal Student Credit Card Scheme, students in the state can obtain loans up to 10 lakhs without having to provide any collateral.

Eligibility

  • This scheme applies only to students whose families have been residents of West Bengal for at least the last ten years at the time of application.
  • The student must be 40 years of age or below.
  • The student must complete the enrolled course.

Steps for Offline Application Process at CGC Jhanjeri

  • Applicant may purchase college prospectus from admission office by paying Rs.1000/-.

  • Fill out the admission form with accurate information.

  • Review and verify all information in the admission form.

  • Submit the form along with the required documents to the college.

  • Applicants have to pay a registration fee at the time of form submission.

  • Collect acknowledgment or receipt for the submitted admission form.

  • Receive admission offers from the college administration through e-mail.

  • Pay the admission fees within the specified timeframe.
